Accountancy Intern
We are looking for a proactive and
- oriented Finance Intern to assist with various administrative and financial support tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in updating contract databases, supporting vendor and invoice processes, and ensuring proper organization of financial and compliance records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain the contract database in Microsoft Excel.
• Support the vendor onboarding and registration process.
• Assist with sales invoicing and processing incoming invoices.
• Organize and update the company's electronic filing system for contracts, invoices, and related documents.
• Maintain and organize
- related documentation.
• Perform
- hoc research and administrative support tasks as needed.
• Maintain schedules and various operational or
- related databases.
• Assist with any other administrative or finance tasks as required by the team.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
• Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good communication skills and a positive,
- do attitude.
• Previous experience with invoicing, databases, or document management is a plus but not required.
• Fluency in English is essential, as we are a global company working with clients and teams around the world.
