You will be working with domain experts to clarify accounting issues, analyze errors, make corrections, and support process improvements. You will manage daily General Ledger, Closing & Reporting tasks and
- end activities, ensuring timely and accurate recording per IFRS, local GAAP, and relevant standards.

How You'll Make a Difference

• Orchestrate your assigned company’s MEC (Month-end-Closing), ensuring active collaboration, problem solving skills, and continue improving mindset
• Ensure audit controls
• Perform accounts reconciliation
• Assisting with implementing and documenting new processes and procedures
• General housekeeping of General Ledger accounts
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Posting of accruals, provisions, and further relevant GL items
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regional accounting hubs and local business teams
• Actively listen to stakeholder needs, manage complex issues, and take ownership of decisions with the Senior Analyst
• Share best practices with stakeholders

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Good understanding of SAP-FI (you will be tested)
• You are fluent English
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance Operations
• General Ledger, Closing & Reporting accounting and IFRS knowledge is preferable
• Good MS-Office skills (especially in MS-Excel)
• Experience in transitions and transformation projects is an advantage
