We’re hiring: Accountant Expert – R2R | Closing & Reporting Are you passionate about accounting and enjoy working with complex processes in a multinational environment? Looking for a technical challenge in a growing organization with a strong focus on continuous improvement? This might be the right opportunity for you! Your main responsibilities: • Prepare complex journal entries and ensure compliance with IFRS and internal group accounting policies • Coordinate and perform monthly and period-end closing activities in collaboration with local and global finance teams • Ensure timely and accurate completion of general ledger account reconciliations • Conduct regular balance sheet reviews, identify variances and define action plans • Support external audits with relevant financial data and documentation • Develop and update operational procedures to ensure consistency and compliance • Identify standardization opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What we’re looking for: • 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a shared services environment • University degree in Management, Accounting or related field • Advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel • Fluency in English is mandatory • Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Team player with intercultural awareness and adaptability What’s in it for you? • Direct contract with a solid multinational company • Multicultural and collaborative work environment • Hybrid work model • Real opportunities for career progression and professional growth Ready to take the next step?
