Job Summary

As an Accountant at Kantar, you will be part of a multifaceted and coordinated Finance function delivering operational Finance specialist services. Working closely with internal and external partners, you will ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards, assist with closing and reporting, adhere to statutory requirements, and maintain strong professional relationships across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in the maintenance, processing, and production of month/year‑end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, journals, and associated underlying schedules.
• Support the preparation and review of period close entries, and general ledger accounts reconciliation and analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial documents for Kantar’s consolidation tool.
• Coordinate month‑end and quarter‑end reporting schedules.
• Maintain close relationships with customer/3rd‑party delivery partner teams to ensure responsiveness to their needs and support in delivering a positive resolution of any performance issues.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Proven experience as an accountant.
• Experience in producing year‑end accounts and preparation for audit.
• Proficient English speaker, able to read, write, and communicate efficiently.
• Ability to work in a changing and flexible organisation.
• Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end.
