Job Description:

Located in the heart of Lisbon, Webasto Portugal is a Business Service Center (WBS), part of the Webasto Group.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure correct processing of invoices, credit and debit notes incl. posting and check of legal requirements, especially VAT;
2. Analyze price/quantity differences for received goods and services and follow up with other functions;
3. Develop process documentation;
4. Liaise with colleagues in other plants and teams to solve issues with invoices.

Requirements:

1. 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in a shared service environment;
2. College degree in Business Administration or equivalent accounting qualification;
3. Working experience with SAP FI;
4. Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Outlook and Excel);
5. Language skills: fluent in English and German;
6. Communication skills and cooperative mindset.
