You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Manage and process incoming supplier documents/requests (OCR, invoices, credit notes, dunning letters, balance confirmations, vendor reconciliations, etc)
• Management of supplier accounts (debit balances, recurring entries, aging reports)
• Manage 3rd party suppliers GR/IR accounts
• Support accounts payable automation processes

This is what you bring to us:

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable
• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
• Experience in SAP
• Fluent in English
• Communication skills and cooperative mindset
• High level of accountability and accuracy
• Team player with a good sense for different country cultures
