- hand with our CFO in Geneva, you’ll have a direct impact on our expansion strategy, supporting all our group entities. Your mission will be to build a strong, scalable, and efficient financial engine across multiple geographies that fuels our ambitions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Finance & Business Operations

• Lead
  -
  - end accounting activities and performance analysis
• Manage monthly,
  - annual, and annual closings
• Ensure tax compliance and client contract management
• Provide financial insights to help us reach our growth objectives across all entities

Business Partnering & Strategic Projects

• Act as a key business partner to our leadership in Lisbon, Geneva, and across all group subsidiaries
• Support centralized operations, expense tracking, and financial controls
• Drive tool implementation, process optimization, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate on
  - functional,
  - impact projects at the group level

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in accounting
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you challenge the status quo and think big
• Business-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Fluent in English, French, and Portuguese
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ready to grow into a leadership role (FP&A, financial strategy. . . ) with
  - country scope
