We are looking for a Accountant (Generalist) - French Speaker

MAIN TASKS:

• Oversee the company's fixed assets, ensuring accurate recording and tracking. ​
• Process and manage
  - related accounting entries. ​
• Monitor and follow up on customer invoices to ensure timely payments. ​
• Manage and track supplier invoices, ensuring proper processing. ​
• Handle general payments and
  - related transactions accurately. ​
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. ​
• Address internal and external queries from colleagues, suppliers, auditors, and tax authorities.
• Analyse and explain account variations, providing clear justifications.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit. ​
• 3 to 5 years in a similar accounting, finance role. ​
• Fluent in French. (English also required).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles; experience in the insurance industry is a plus. ​
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Power
  Point.
• Hybrid role based in Porto.
