Accountant (M/F/D) Part-Time
Your mission
As a member of our team, you will represent the financial perspective of the Portuguese Team and be the contact person for the Headquarter Finance Team in Hamburg, Germany. The vacancy is set for 20hrs/week.
Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
- Manage and control daily accounting operations (purchasing, sales, banking, taxes, stock movements, travel
- Expenses, intercompany processes, and archiving)
- Prepare of monthly reporting packages for the Group
- Creating financial transparency for Country Manager
- Supporting the Forecasting and Budgeting process from Financial standpoint
- Use and further enhance of our locally used Finance system Business Central
- Staying in contact suppliers and customers
- Support the preparation for annual financial statements
- Prepare VAT / CIT/ payroll taxes declarations
- Be contact person for the tax authorization
Your profile
To qualify for this position, you have a minimum of 5 years of work experience as well as a relevant
college or university degree
- You have excellent MS Office skills (pivot table level) and you have a thorough knowledge of
- accounting and accounting systems
- Business Central practice is required.
- You are fluent in Portuguese and English
- Furthermore, you are able to interact with several different stakeholders and work in an
- driven, - globally acting, but also locally based Group.
- As a person, you are working accurately, are able to prioritize your work and meet deadlines.
- You should be able to work independently.
- You understand and love the role of the finance person which tries to bring in transparency for the
- local management as well as the Headquarter.
- In addition, you fit in a
