We are seeking an Accountant (m/f/d) for our Maia branch, starting immediately.

This will get you going:

• Perform basic office tasks such as data entry, answering phones, etc.
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
• Manage accounts receivable: billing (prepare/issue invoices), collections (follow up on outstanding documents)
• Handle accounts payable: check purchase orders, book invoices/expenses, follow up on outstanding documents, and prepare payment cycles

• Understanding of logistics market dynamics (preferred)
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems

• Proactivity
• Accuracy and
  - oriented work style
• Hands-on mentality and team player
• Effective communication with customers and suppliers
• Professional written and verbal English skills
• Additional languages are a plus
• Strong PC skills, especially in Windows and Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel
• Flexibility to work hours as needed
