Key Responsibilities

As an Accountant Officer, you will report to the Accounting Supervisor and will be responsible for:

• Handling all VAT-related transactions: booking, VAT return, and reconciliation
• Managing
  - company reconciliations in accordance with company policies and tax regulations
• Assisting in the preparation of tax returns submitted to the tax authorities
• Account reconciliation responsibilities
• Participating in the design and improvement of the company’s accounting processes and ensuring proper documentation of the permanent file
• Preparing statutory financial statements in accordance with local GAAP
• Assisting during
  - end closings
• Providing support to the accounting department on various tasks
• Collaborating on ad hoc projects and conducting analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the accounting department of an international company
• Experience with VAT and tax return processes
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power
  Point)
• Service-oriented attitude
• Team player, flexible, autonomous
• Analytically minded
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
