Job Description

As an Accountant Ot
C, your responsibilities will include:

1. Customer invoicing and intercompany accounting: posting invoices, manual ICO recharge invoices, and sending dunning letters.
2. Invoice booking and sales reconciliation: posting sales converter and interface invoices daily, reconciling sales, and resolving missing invoice issues.
3. Bank statement booking and cash allocation: importing bank statements, posting, reconciliation, managing direct debit collections, preparing unallocated cash reports, and analyzing unallocated cash with FCs.
4. Month-end activities: posting all bank statements in EOM, bank and sales reconciliation, accruals posting, and bad debt calculation.
5. Knowledge maintenance: updating process catalogues and proposing necessary changes in collaboration with relevant departments.
6. Transition involvement: participating in knowledge transfer meetings, preparing AR process overviews, and resolving transition issues.
7. Process improvement: actively seeking and highlighting opportunities for activity enhancements.
8. Stakeholder management: creating and modifying customer records, supporting less experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

Experience: Background in finance, preferably in AR within BPO/SSC environments.

Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Additional qualities: Diligence, reliability, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
