Role Overview
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for
- related topics for local and/or international entities, with substantial involvement in tax and treasury, under IFRS and local GAAP.
Responsibilities
- Daily tasks and responsibilities, including ensuring Group accounting policies are applied and internal control procedures (Ico
Fr framework) are followed. - Participate in the efficiency and continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Monthly tasks, including performing
- end closing and providing monthly packages to partners, as well as reviewing received packages. - Quarterly responsibilities such as analyzing the balance sheet at consolidation level, IFRS, and directional reporting.
- Participate in contract analysis and review legal documents (Shareholders Agreement, service agreements, etc. ).
- Provide audit packages and liaise with external auditors.
- Handle ad hoc requests from the Accounting Lead/Manager.
- Prepare tax packages in cooperation with the Tax Manager and liaise with partners for accurate data.
- Participate in tax reporting and prepare financial statements for entities under your scope, including audits and filings.
- Support partners with their financial statements and assist in ad hoc audit missions if needed.
Education
- Business School or a degree related to finance and accounting.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related environment or an audit firm.
- Proficiency with IT tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power
Point) and ERP systems. - Knowledge of IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IAS 37, and statutory accounting and tax requirements in an international environment.
- Experience with bookkeeping, transactions, P2P support process, and vendor management.
