Job Description

As an accountant, your main missions will be:

1. Collect invoices from shared drives in digital format
2. Enter data in the AP module (vendors=local, I/C, fixed assets, CONCUR)
3. Billing - AR module (EDI and manual invoices)
4. Perform customer and supplier reconciliations (monthly)
5. Archive documents with journal numbers and voucher identifications in shared drives
6. Meet all deadlines to ensure timely monthly and annual closings
7. Ensure compliance with local fiscal obligations
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum: Enrolled in university in accounting, management, or equivalent

At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting

Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus

Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills mandatory; Dynamics experience is a plus

Team-oriented with experience in a multicultural work environment

Dynamic, proactive, and shows initiative
