Job Purpose

A specialist in the preparation of financial analyses of accounting
- ledger activity. Manage and oversee assigned portions of the general ledger (Intercompany / FX). Responsible for preparing end of month reconciliations and reporting ensuring key controls are performed and effectively maintained.

Responsibilities

Intercompany

• Execute Intercompany reconciliation process during
  - end close for several SAP entities, using Qlik Sense, SAP, Excel and any other data sources provided.
• Liaise with other departments (Operations, Treasury) and other Finance teams located in different entities/countries, to ensure all the Intercompany data is accurately recorded before EOM (End of Month).
• Prepare documentation to have evidence that reconciliations were performed.
• Participate in Intercompany reconciliation process continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Intercompany Recharges.
• Quarterly reconciliation with Related Parties.
• Follow designated process and procedures as per Intercompany Policy.
• Monthly follow up on unresolved items and escalate when applicable.
• Prepare and submit monthly intercompany settlements, as per agreement.
  
  

• Preparation of financial reports and disclosures for management and Controller.
• Work on
  - hoc projects as requested by line manager.
• Assist in the preparation of information for annual reporting and external audits.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / CPA
• Be proficient in Excel to an advanced level and experience in BI tools.
• Proficient in English
• Strong experience in SAP (mandatory)
• Work experience for 3 years or more in Finance.
• Previous experience in Intercompany reconciliation process (preferred)
• Solid analytical skills
• Good written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines.
