- Review monthly package received from our partners in JVs not managed**Quarterly tasks/ responsibilities. **- Analyze Balance sheet at
- consolidation level (including reconciliations and rationalization of contract assets/liabilities, asset under construction) under IFRS and Directional
- Review and rationalize the project accounting bookings with relevant supporting documentation such as project forecast, progress of completion, prepaid expenses, finance lease follow up files, contracts
- Provide management package to our partners in JVs- Liaise with partners to obtain accurate data on JVs not
- Ad hoc requests from Accounting- Prepare tax bookings in cooperation with tax Manager**Semi-Annual - Annual tasks/ responsibilities. **- Participation in the contract analysis, and all related legal documents (EPC contract, shareholders Agreement in JVs, lease & service agreements, intercompany agreements) for new projects and prepare/analyze accounting treatment in coordination with Group Accounting- Support internal control
- Prepare financial statements, external audit requests, and Board
- Answer to JV partner’s
- Participation in the Tax reporting**Be **responsible of the preparation of the statutory Financial Statements under relevant Standards**- Prepare the statement of Financial Positions, Profit and Loss, Other Comprehensive Income and cash flow statement and the notes to the financial
- Manage the Statutory audit and liaise with external
- Manage and prepare unaudited financial statements for
- annual bank covenants;



- Support when relevant to local teams in shorebases**JOB REQUIREMENT**- Business School or financial & accounting related
- Five years’ experience in an audit or accounting Firm followed by an experience in an international
- Solid accounting and IFRS knowledge especially IFRS 15 Revenue Recognition, IFRS 16 Leases (lessee and lessor) and IAS 37 provision, contingent Liabilities and Assets and
- Agility with tools (ERP environment, strong use of excel) Ability to work under pressure to meet specific deadlines, including in a turbulent /
- moving environment Statutory accounting and tax requirements in an international Environment Well-developed stakeholder management skills;



Analytical skillsand critical thinking Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally.
