We are seeking a meticulous and
- oriented Accountant to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include managing financial records, preparing reports, analyzing data for accuracy and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports
2. Conduct regular audits for compliance
3. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
4. Prepare tax returns and ensure timely payments
5. Manage accounts payable and receivable
6. Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting
7. Assist in annual budget preparation
8. Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement efficiency strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e. g. , Quick
  Books) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
