Role Mission

To manage, monitor, and control all
- related tasks, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial records, under the direct supervision of the Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities

The Accounting Technician will be responsible for the full management of accounts payable and receivable. This includes registering supplier invoices and employee expense reports, as well as preparing and reconciling payments with corresponding accounts. The role also involves handling payment notices and managing supplier disputes.

In the accounts receivable area, the technician will manage the reconciliation of customer payments and advance payments, ensuring close monitoring of due dates. They will work closely with the sales department to send reminders and account statements when needed.

Within treasury operations, the technician will be responsible for inputting bank transactions and reconciling bank statements with the accounting records.

In terms of general accounting, the role involves account reconciliation, balance sheet and P&L analysis, and support for both
- end and
- end closings. The technician will also assist with intercompany transaction reconciliation, manage fixed asset accounting including depreciation and inventory control, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial and accounting procedures. Additionally, they will support external financial audits by ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;

Previous experience in accounting, preferably in an industrial environment;

Strong knowledge of core accounting procedures;

Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP);

Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP system;

Good command of English (written and spoken) – mandatory;

French knowledge is a plus (B1/B2 level preferred) – not mandatory.

Work regime: hybrid (2 days
- site and 3 days remote)
