Our client is a company specializing in the gaming and entertainment sectors, and they are looking for an accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable;

Ensure all revenue and expense transactions are accurately recorded and properly classified;

Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies;

Actively contribute to the
- end and
- end closing processes;

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;

Process payroll and oversee compliance with Portuguese state tax regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;

Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in a multinational or regulated environment);

Strong understanding of accounting principles (Certified Accountant status is a plus);

Fluency in English (both written and spoken);

Spanish proficiency is a plus;

Autonomy, adaptability, and organization;

Good communication skills.
