PSP offers services including Assurance Audit, Broader Assurance Services, Tax, and Advisory, focusing on Real Estate, Private Equity, the Global Fund Industry, and Real Estate Valuation.

Your mission: As part of our team, you will contribute to accounting and tax compliance services for Pw
C Luxembourg’s clients. You will manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure regulatory compliance, playing a key role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Luxembourg-based teams to deliver
  - quality accounting and tax services to international clients;
• Ensuring client satisfaction through accurate and timely outputs;
• Managing a team of 4-5 accountants: task assignment, workload balancing, and quality reviews;
• Maintaining client records, preparing accounts, tax returns, VAT, and regulatory reports;
• Supervising work, reporting results and challenges to the activity leader;
• Improving team performance by resolving operational issues and optimizing workflows remotely;
• Escalating issues and assisting in proposing solutions.

About you:

• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 1 year as a team coordinator in an accounting or tax firm;
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or tax;
• Deep knowledge of tax and accounting fundamentals;
• Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and
  - solving oriented;
• Flexible, independent, capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to changes;
• Effective communicator with professional behavior;
• Strong team spirit, leadership by example, positive influence;
• Proficient in English; French or German is a plus;
• Proficient in accounting tools and Microsoft Excel.
