Accounting & Tax Account Manager - Lisbon

Reporting to the Head of Finance of the SSC, the accounting manager will lead the following functions:

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for overall operations of the Accounting of different affiliates within the group, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset, Intercompany operations, etc.
• Support in the implementation of the group's chart of accounts, adapting accounting criteria.
• Manage the external Audit of its affiliates.
• Ensure corporate governance, implement accounting policies and internal controls to meet corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Strong business partner to Finance leadership of the SSC and corporate team in Madrid, reporting of financial data to senior management.

Qualification & Requirements

• Degree in Accounting and Finance, professional accounting qualifications.
• More tahan 5 years of working experience, in big four Audit or accounting department of a multinational company.
• IFRS and local GAAP knowledge, spanish GAAP knowledge will be highly recommended.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to travel to Madrid´s corporate office if necessary.
