We are in the process of selecting an Accounting/Order to Cash Administrator (M/F) for a client located in the centre of Braga.
Description/Duties:
- Tasks related to debit and credit notes;
- Analysis of customer current accounts;
- Direct contact with suppliers to follow up on invoice payments, refunds of unjustified deductions or payment details;
- Collection processes;
- Preparation of account statements;
- Reports.
- Resolving discrepancies and incidents in the accounts receivable module;
- Supporting the improvement of processes and automations in the O2C module.
Requirements:
- Training and/or professional experience in accounting or relevant areas;
- Advanced command of English (exclusion factor)
- Experience with SAP (added value);
- Proficiency in Excel (mandatory);
- Critical and analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers and suppliers;
- Focus on meeting deadlines and problem solving
- Immediate availability.
We offer:
- Permanent employment contract under an outsourcing scheme;
- Base salary: 927.50€
- Meal allowance: €6/day
- Long-term project;
- Initial and ongoing training;
- Work Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Work arrangement: hybrid.
