Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Management or Economics
• Previous experience in accounting (valued)
• Knowledge of Primavera ERP (valued)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel (valued)
• Proficiency in English (valued)
• Strong sense of responsibility and organization
• Ability to work in a team
• Proactive and resilient profile
• Attendance and punctuality
• Eligible for IEFP internship (valued)

Main Responsibilities

• Organization and accounting registration of documents in accordance with current regulations
• Analysis of customer and supplier current accounts, including direct contact with external entities
• Management and accounting of personnel expenses
• Preparation of bank reconciliations and cash sheets
• Management and issuance of billing and receipts (invoices and receipts)
• Support in preparing documentation for monthly and/or annual account closing
• Provide administrative support in the finance department
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the finance department
