The Role

As an Accounting Assistant, you will handle administrative tasks, support the department, and coordinate with freight forwarders and partners. Additional responsibilities may include KPI analysis and reporting, invoicing, managing supply inventory, and data entry.

You

You are highly organized, adaptable, positive, eager to learn,
- motivated,
- oriented, and a team player. You have experience in management or administrative roles, with a background in accounting and finance.

Your Superpowers

• Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in German, Italian, French, or other languages is a plus;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Attention to detail;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Enthusiastic, resilient, positive attitude, and good communication skills.
