We are looking for a Financial Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable:

• Control of received invoice content, recording, and maintenance of invoice data in the internal system.
• Comparison of invoice data with current contracting conditions, including calculation of fees/commissions and validation of amounts. In case of discrepancies, investigation to identify root causes and find proper resolutions.
• Liaising with relevant departments (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, and others) to take or request actions for resolving pending issues.
• Issuing payments and accounting entries, ensuring invoices are paid in a timely manner.
• Control of finance breaks (discrepancies in financial records).

Location: Lisbon | Porto | Remote | Hybrid

Project Type: National and/or international Level of Experience: Senior (+5 years)
