Greenvolt is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team, where you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Department in the accounting and financial management of the group's companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking that invoices are processed correctly, in accordance with specific documentation and group policy;
  
  
  
  
• Ensuringthatcurrent accounts are up to date and reconciled;
  
  
  
  
• Validateand process expenses incurred by employees in accordance with the timings defined;
  
  
  
  
• Monitoring reports on the expenses process;
  
  
  
  
• Supporting the other areas of the department.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Administration or similar;
  
  
  
  
• Professional experience in a similar role;
  
  
  
  
• Knowledge of accounting and taxation;
  
  
  
  
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred);
  
  
  
  
• Knowledge of English;
  
  
  
  
• Team-oriented;
  
  
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and
  - paced international business environment.
