We are recruiting an Accounting Associate for a leading real estate investment company. Responsibilities:

• Preparing fiscal declarations for various types of companies (regulated and
  - regulated);
• Preparing and registering operations for the SPVs under management (non-regulated companies);
• Providing information for the preparation of financial models and business plans;
• Registering stamp tax on lease agreements;
• Preparing maps of outstanding rents;
• Registering invoices, receipts, and payments to suppliers;
• Preparing and reviewing tax returns;
• Providing information for auditors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting (preferred), Economics, Management, or Finance;
• Experience in operations of funds/companies (preferred);
• Experience with Balance Sheet and income statement of entities (preferred);
• Experience with Primavera software is a plus;
• Proficiency in English.
