Descrição We are recruiting Accounting Associate for a leading real estate investment company. Responsabilidades - Preparing fiscal declarations for the several type of companies (regulated and non regulated);



- Preparing and registering operations for the SPV’s under management (non-regulated companies);



- Providing information for the preparation of financial models and business plans;



- Registering stamp tax on lease agreements;



- Preparing maps of outstanding rents;



- Registering invoices, receipts and payments to suppliers;



- Preparing and reviewing tax returns;



- Preparing information for auditors. Requisitos - Education degree in Accounting (preferred), Economics, Management or Finance - Experience in operations of funds/companies (preferred);



- Experience in Balance Sheet and income statement of entities (preferred);



- Experience in Primavera software will be a Plus;



- Proficiency in English.
