The Accounting team is responsible for the accurate accounting of financing and Treasury transactions in Natixis’ books globally. The team conducts controls using Finance tools, the Customer Account Management Tool, and Loan Management Systems to prevent transaction rejections in Finance tools.

Accounting controllers perform account controls during monthly closings, record manual entries for transactions not managed in LMS, and assist Back Officers and Middle Officers with cash breaks reconciliation. They also participate in quarterly accounting closings.

Main tasks and goals:

1. Reconcile, update, regularize, and justify suspense accounts;
2. Monitor specific accounts (Imposta Tax, recoverable costs, cash deposit, etc. );
3. Produce statistics on suspenses;
4. Monitor
   - recurring expenses and income;
5. Oversee pending flows in the payments tool;
6. Handle rejections in the Customer Account Management Tool;
7. Update newly opened customer accounts;
8. Anticipate RWA impacts and evaluate entries for back value adjustments after
   - end;
9. Estimate amounts to be provisioned and ensure provisioning when necessary;
10. Follow up on manually accounted fees following received instructions;
11. Analyze operations across all TSO management applications for justifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting;
• Experience in Financing Operations;
• 1-3 years in a banking environment;
• Knowledge of Banking Accounting;
• Advanced knowledge of Loan
  IQ;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365;
• Experience with Power BI (preferred);
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and French (a plus).
