As our new Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial records, handling client accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain financial health and drive accurate reporting.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing

- day accounting operations, including AP/AR, invoicing, and reconciliations. - Preparing and analysing accounting records, financial statements, and reports.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reports.
- Maintaining accurate and

- date financial data and documentation. - Communicating with clients and vendors regarding account status, payments, and financial inquiries.
- Supporting audits by providing required documentation and answering queries.
- Collaborating across departments to improve financial procedures and reporting accuracy.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in accounting and bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. It is essential you have:
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, communication, and
- management abilities.
- Proficiency in Business Central ERP
- CPA certification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
