The team

You will be member of the

Income Tax

team (within the Securities Team)

, responsible for

managing and accounting

coupons, reimbursements, as well as monitoring operations until their settlement.

The Income tax team is also responsible for the

content of tax documents

, the

recovery of withholding at source

under double taxation agreements between countries, and

reporting in the context of QI

and FFI agreements.

, working closely with our experienced team in

Switzerland

.

The role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Av. Dom João II 43, Lisboa, Portugal).

Your Responsibilities

• Controls and accounting of coupons and reimbursements on awarded markets
• Management of optional dividends including mailing and instructions for custodians
• Monitoring of operations,
  - ups with our custodians, tracking of cash break
• Annual review for US tax reclassification
• Control of proper application of taxes charged to clients
