We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting, tax, and financial reporting activities across a group of 20+ international entities. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role is key to ensuring accurate consolidated financial statements, compliance with local and international tax regulations, and the implementation of best practices across multiple jurisdictions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Establish and maintain robust accounting routines and internal controls across multiple geographies to ensure accurate financial records.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and
- end closing processes for all group entities.

Manage all
- related deliverables, ensuring timely and compliant submissions across various countries, either directly or through a network of local partners.

Oversee the timely preparation and accuracy of consolidated financial statements, supporting management in strategic
- making.

Coordinate and manage a network of external accountants and consultants across Europe, North America, and Oceania.

Research and implement accounting policies in accordance with local GAAP and international accounting standards.

Drive process improvement initiatives to standardize and digitalize accounting operations globally.

Support and coordinate financial audits and manage relationships with external auditors.

Lead and develop the accounting team, setting clear objectives and driving performance.

Handle tax inspections, implement transfer pricing policies, and support tax optimization strategies.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field;

Certified Accountant (TOC or equivalent) is a plus;

Strong knowledge of international tax and fiscal matters;

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in an international and
- entity environment;

Hands-on,
- oriented, and comfortable working independently;

Strong analytical and
- solving skills;

Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about process automation and continuous improvement;

Comfortable working in
- paced, evolving environments.
