Your Mission

Our Tax and Accounting department is growing, and we seek individuals eager to work in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate with other service lines to assist local and international clients in accounting, tax, and corporate secretarial matters, including setting up companies in Luxembourg, mergers, sales, liquidations, and restructuring.

Responsibilities include:

• Review financial statements and accounting reports
• Prepare or review consolidated accounts
• Prepare/review GAAP conversion files (mainly IFRS/USGAAP)
• Manage

  - day client files, including accounting and tax matters
• Share knowledge and coach junior staff

About You

You have:

• A degree in economics, accounting, or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting department
• Knowledge of European GAAP or IFRS is a plus
• Knowledge of the Luxembourg Tax system is a plus
• Proficiency with technology
• An open mind and
  - oriented attitude
• Fluency in English; French, German, or other languages are assets
