Your New Role

• Responsible for the tax deliveries of some of the entities of the group, nationally and internationally;
  
  
• Responsible forthe month and year end closing activities and financial reporting;
  
  
• Preparation of financial statements;
  
  
• Research and interpret accounting policies and regulations;
  
  
• Contact with accountants and auditors from different countries;
  
  
• Review bank andbalance sheet reconciliations;
  
  
• Review accounting entries in the accounting system,
  - up costs, and calculate accruals and deferrals;
  
  
• Involved in different accounting or controlling projects;
  
  
• Support in audit and due diligence works;
  
  
• Preparation andupdating of accounting, treasury and reporting procedures.

What You Need To Be Successful

• Degree in Accounting, Management or Auditing (mandatory);
  
  
• Minimum of 5 years experience in auditing or accounting, and reporting (mandatory);
  
  
• Knowledge of Primavera or other accounting system (plus);
  
  
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
  
  
• Knowledge in Portuguese tax law;
  
  
• Consolidation knowledge (plus);
  
  
• Proactive, focused, adaptability, team worker, responsibility, dynamic, result oriented;
  
  
• Proactiveness to implement new ways of thinking and revolutionize the accounting procedures of the group.
