Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

• Revenue and Expense Accruals: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of all revenue and expense accruals, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Balance Sheet Reviews: Conduct comprehensive and regular balance sheet reviews to identify discrepancies, assess risks, and resolve any potential issues promptly.
• Deferral Controls: Implement and maintain robust controls over deferrals, ensuring proper recognition and adherence to amortization schedules.
• OPEX Management: Strategically manage and control Operating Expenses (OPEX) across various cost centers, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for financial optimization.
• Asset Management: Maintain meticulous control over company assets, including fixed and intangible assets, ensuring accurate capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliation processes.

Accounts Payable Management:

• Invoice Processing: Assume full responsibility for the AP function, ensuring all vendor invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Team Leadership: Lead and guide the AP team, clearly defining responsibilities and ensuring adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
