Day To Day
- Timely, accurately and complete registration of all financial transactions in accordance with companies' policies
- Prepare monthly fiscal declarations to Portuguese Tax Authorities (VAT, Stamp Tax, others)
- Timely and accurate
- end closing and financial reporting procedures;
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing reports and KPIs from accounting information for the Team Leader
- Regular control and monitoring of suspense accounts
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Compliance with standardized procedures and application of group policies

Essentials
- Bachelor in Accounting / Finance / Business / Economics;
- 3 to 4 years Big4 / Multinational experience;
- Experience inthe financial sector, preferably in banking or financial institutions, is preferential.
- Experience in Fiscal reporting (VAT, Stamp Tax, others);
- Portuguese Accounting license is a plus;
- Proficiency in English (writing and speaking). Spanish is a plus;
- Proficient in
Excel (test will be carried out);
- Proactivity and organizational and planning skills.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to prepare summaries with clear analysis results, areas for improvement, and proposed measures
- Teamwork skills
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP (desirable)
