Main tasks and responsibili**

ties- Preparing and registering fund operations in Fund Manager and in Primavera softw

are;



- Preparing reports to CMVM regarding the real estate fu

nds;



- Preparing fiscaldeclarations for the several type of companies (regulated and non regulat

ed);



- Preparing and registering operations for the SPV's under management (non-regulated compani

es);



- Providing information for the preparation of financial models and business pl

ans;



- Registering stamp tax on lease agreeme

nts;



- Preparing maps of outstanding re

nts;



- Registering invoices, receipts and payments to suppli

ers;



- Preparing and reviewing tax retu

rns;



- Preparing information for audit

ors.

Role Require**

  Education degree in Accounting (preferred), Economics, Management or Fin

  Experience in Primavera software will be a
