R) Specialist (Ukrainian Speaker)

Join as a key contributor to establish and operate At
R processes at Organon Northwest Europe, working with a global team and SAP S/4 HANA platform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services in accordance with agreed service level, controls and governance.
• Maintain professional process documentation such as global SOPs and regional work instructions.
• Perform period‑end activities: creation/approval of manual journal entries, currency revaluation, accrual engine, and recurring entries.
• Balance sheet and P&L reconciliation using Power BI.
• Support preparation of financial statements (balance sheet / income statement).
• Participate in internal and external audit and special projects.
• Mentor junior colleagues within the team.
• Manage workload and deadlines independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• More than 2 years of finance experience focused on month‑end close.
• Experience in shared services center environments.
• Good knowledge of US GAAP and company policies.
• Solid financial background and experience in accounting processes.
• Project management skills and ability to coordinate complex cross‑functional activities.
• Experience with SAP R/3 (valued: SAP S/4 HANA).
• Strong analytical, math, query and data‑management skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Effective business writing and professional communication skills.
• Team player, coach, analytical thinker, endurance, flexibility, critical thinking.
• English and Ukrainian required.
• Availability to travel.
