Norfin is seeking a talented Accounting Trainee.

Norfin is a leading Real Estate Investment Manager founded in 1999 and with over €2. 1bn of assets under management in funds, SICs or SPVs, with a high diversity of profiles and strategies across all real estate and real estate connected sectors for a wide range of institutional investors. In 2018, Norfin was acquired by Arrow Global, a
- European alternative asset manager focusing on credit and real estate, with over €5. 3bn of funds under management. Arrow Global was incorporated in 2005 and has recently been acquired by TDR Capital, a European private equity firm.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation and analysis of accounting documents;
• Performing accounting entries and bank reconciliations;
• Collaborating in the preparation of financial reports;
• Supporting monthly and annual closing tasks;
• Contributing to the fulfilment of tax obligations (VAT, Income Tax, Corporate Tax, etc. );
• Assisting in the organisation and filing of documents.

Role Requirements

• Education in Accounting, Management, or related fields (ongoing or recently completed);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Team spirit and eagerness to learn;
• Good knowledge of English (preferred).
