Accounting Transformation Lead Lisboa

Overview

We are seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to drive the optimization and digitalization of accounting operations across an international organization. This strategic role will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems ensuring they align with business needs and enable scalable,
- driven
- making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance transformation roadmap, ensuring full alignment between financial operations, technology, and business strategy.
• Manage the implementation and rollout of Net
  Suite ERP across multiple countries and entities.
• Collaborate closely with finance, IT, operations, and external consultants to gather requirements, define workflows, and configure systems.
• Drive change management across the organization, promoting best practices and standardized processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation, increased efficiency, and enhanced financial reporting.
• Monitor
  - implementation performance, ensure proper system integration, and oversee user training and support.
• Support internal teams in developing scalable financial processes and controls.
• Act as the bridge between technical ERP teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that financial and operational needs are translated into effective system functionalities.
• Stay updated on ERP trends, finance technology, and compliance requirements to recommend ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with
  - on systems expertise and a track record of successfully leading ERP implementation or transformation projects in dynamic environments.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in finance, with at least 2 years focused on ERP implementation or finance transformation projects.
• Proven experience with Net
  Suite ERP (implementation and/or administration).
• Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Consolidation, Reporting).
• Comfortable working in
  - paced,

  - border environments.
• Excellent project management,
  - solving, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across teams.
• Fluency in English is mandatory
