Position: Accounts Payable
Location: Lisbon
Business Unit: International (primarily supporting Canadian operations)

Responsibilities:
Process weekly payment runs with accuracy and timeliness;
Manage vendor communications and resolve discrepancies;
Review and validate employee expense reports;
Maintain organized financial records and generate regular reports;
Support month-end/year-end closing activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts payable or financial roles;
Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus);
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems;
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
