About the role: As an Administrator, you will join our Accounts Payable team and manage Germany, Austria, and Switzerland markets.

What you will do:

• Execute the global accounts payable process efficiently and
  - effectively within a defined area.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, accounting principles, standards, and company policies in the accounts payable process.
• Perform quality checks and ensure AP process delivery as per framework and Service Level Agreements.
• Assist employees, managers, and finance colleagues by answering questions and providing accurate information.
• Contribute to process improvements and enhance your area of responsibility.
• Support external and internal financial audits and address audit findings.
• Follow controlling standards, policies, and legal regulations.
• Help identify and implement effective solutions within a matrix organization.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in accounts payable roles.
• Strong organizational skills and a growth mindset.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and SAP.
• Fluency in German (preferred).
• Fluent in English; CV should be submitted in English.
