Accounts Payable Analyst

Join GKN Automotive in Porto as Accounts Payable Analyst (1-2 years AP, Finance or Accounting experience) and help us drive smarter purchasing across the globe!

Salary:Up to 18. 200€ Gross maximum base, depending on your experience

Location: Porto – Hipercentro Areosa Business Park

Model: Hybrid (3 days/week in the office)

What will you be doing?

As part of our Accounts Payable team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers and staff
• Handling incoming invoices
• Managing internal and external requests via a ticketing system
• Supporting
  - end and
  - end close processes

✅ What will set you up for success?

• English level confident B2 + spoken and written (you'll be using on a daily basis alongside Portuguese when chatting with your colleagues :))
• in Accounts Payable, General Finance, or Accounting
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Confidence using Excel(Intermediate)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
