Position Overview:

The Accounts Payable (AP)/Travel & Expenses (T&E) Associate handles vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, vendor account management, and supports audits and queries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Processing vendor invoices
2. Maintaining vendor accounts
3. Resolving invoice matching errors
4. Collaborating with Business Units to resolve issues
5. Responding to vendor queries
6. Tracking blocked invoices
7. Reconciliation with vendor statements
8. Reviewing payment proposals
9. Supporting
   - users with expense reports and system issues
10. Managing T&E system and corporate card program
11. Preparing reports and documentation
12. Supporting audits and maintaining confidentiality
13. Continuous process improvement

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role

Qualifications:

• Recognized finance qualifications preferred

Travel & Working Conditions:

Up to 10% travel, remote/hybrid work, shifts between 7:30 am and 9:30 am, potential work on holidays/weekends.

Languages:

• English and Portuguese required; additional languages a plus
