Key responsibilities:
Integrated into the Property Management Department, you will be a member of the asset management area, primarily performing the following functions and responsibilities:
Management and control of the budget, Opex, and Capex, making accruals, monthly closing.
Budgeting and Service Charge setup to ensure the integrity of the reported, billed, and managed information with the client.
Timely invoicing in the system. Correctly classify recoverable and
- recoverable expenses of the asset, monitoring the budget of each item that makes up the budget.
Treasury: Weekly bank reconciliations, ensuring everything is accounted for correctly.
Management of monthly payments.
Collaborate and perform administrative tasks, both at the operational systems level and external management.
Support in coordinating with other departments to obtain necessary information for financial management, reporting, proper application of procedures, and coordination of assigned financial personnel in the team/project.
Support during audits.
Responsible for compliance with ISO procedures and CBRE standards.
Qualifications & Profile:
University degree: Bachelor's in Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
Master's degree is a plus.
High level of English.
IT skills: User of computer systems (Office), especially proficient in Excel and Word.
Knowledge of operating systems, YARDI, SAP, TABLEAU is a plus.
