YOUR ROLE
Reporting directly to the Account Payables Manager, you will update the centralized reference tools and perform several accounting and treasury tasks to the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Update reference tools centrally;
• Analyse and correct anomalies at a central level in the reference tools of the different applications and guide the resolution of anomalies in the subsidiaries;
• Ensure and/or coordinate the necessary corrective actions;
• Ensuring the structure of the reference tool and consistency of orders received.
• Answering phone calls;
• Answering emails from suppliers or agencies in France

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Technical and Professional Studies on Finance/ Accounting, preferably having a High-Level Education or equivalent;
• At least 1 year experience in similar position, experience within a shared service environment would be a plus;
• Good knowledge on Excel and SAP (will be a plus); • Language: English mandatory (Minimum: B2), French mandatory (Minimum: C1)
