We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the development of a new AP team within a multinational company building a Regional Shared Service Centre.

The client is a large organization in the Automotive industry with a global presence, preparing to implement a new Regional Shared Service Centre.

Job Description

Manage operational activities for an accounts payable team of up to 50 FTEs
Integrate new countries into the existing environment
Handle daily accounts payable operations and resolve operational issues
Ensure service quality and meet KPIs
Manage people activities including training, process documentation, and review
Identify and implement process improvements and standardizations
Collaborate with HQ and regional accounting teams
Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and meet deadlines
Drive financial process improvements and data accuracy in a
- paced environment

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
7+ years of professional accounting experience, with deep knowledge of accounts payable and VAT regulations
Leadership skills with a
- oriented mindset, good communication, and assertiveness
Experience in international finance or working within a shared service center is advantageous
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
Motivated, committed, and enthusiastic team player
