We are looking for a talented and passionate Accounts Payable to join our
- opening team at Andaz Lisbon.

Expected to open in Q3 2025, Andaz Lisbon will offer guests an exciting new luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital. Located in the center of Lisbon’s bustling Baixa district along Rua Augusta, the hotel will comprise five buildings, including former bank offices, with 170 guestrooms and private suites in surrounding buildings. This urban resort will provide an authentic Lisbon experience.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Verify vendor details, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain records.
• Enter and post invoices using the accounts payable system.
• Prepare and issue payments via checks, ACH, etc.
• Maintain

  - date records of transactions and vendor files.
• Ensure proper documentation and approvals for payments.
• Assist with
  - end and
  - end closing processes.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support audits with documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts payable or related finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
