Job description:

Accounts Payable Analysts (AP Analysts) are resources of the activity in Cost Accounting Operations (CAO) as integrating part of the team, contributing for the roll out of the every day business.

The Accounts Payable Analyst shall perform his/her activity according to the procedures in place.

Main Tasks:

• Ensure correct booking of invoices (General Ledger Account, VAT rate, Cost Centre, Purchase Order);
  
  
  
  
• Ensure invoice information completeness;
  
  
  
  
• Analyse and communicate discrepancy between purchase orders and invoices

Technical Skills:
