Our Shared Service Center is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Accountant (French Market). This professional will be responsible for preparing financial analyses of accounting
- ledger activity and managing assigned portions of the general ledger.

Responsibilities include preparing
- end reconciliations and reports, ensuring critical controls are performed and maintained.

Procurement to Payment (P2P)

• Process and review invoices, ensuring all fiscal requirements are met.
• Obtain proper invoice information and clarify any questionable items.
• Match invoices with Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts.
• Monitor invoice approval process to ensure timely settlement.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements to verify discrepancies.
• Coordinate daily with departments to ensure POs and payment requests comply with policies.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Business Travel Expenses (BTE), VAT, Invoice Allocation, and New Business Payment Structure.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial analysis and reports on accounts payable
  - ledgers.
• Reconcile Accounts Payable
  - ledger.
• Follow up on unresolved items monthly and escalate when necessary.
• Record transactions throughout the P2P process.
• Perform
  - term cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain communication with the accounting department for proper GAAP allocation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• Experience in shared service centers (preferred).
• Experience with the French market (preferred).
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Experience with multiple VAT jurisdictions (a plus).
• International experience (a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Excel or other BI tools.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory) and French (preferred).
• IFS experience (preferred).
