About The Job

• The Accounts Payable Senior Analyst is a key resource in Cost Accounting Operations, contributing to daily business activities and knowledge sharing among teams.
• The Cost Accounting Operations department comprises several teams with varying activities and expertise levels.
• The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst is responsible for performing controls in line with established procedures.

Your Main Activities Are

• Ensure correct booking of invoices (General Ledger Account, VAT rate, Cost Centre, Purchase Order).
• Identify, complete, and request missing information.
• Analyze and communicate discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
• Assist management in preparing reporting documents.
• Participate in meetings with management and/or customers as needed.

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Management.
• Experience as an Accounting Officer.
• Knowledge of VAT.
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically in accounts payable, P2P, and accounts receivable modules.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules, including international contexts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize information and provide feedback to peers.
• Team spirit, proactive attitude, and
  - solving skills.
